My name is René González. I rent out six furnished rooms, exclusively to university students, both male and female. The property is located at 4498 Mariano Sánchez Fontecilla Street, La Reina, Santiago, Chile, in a safe and affluent residential neighborhood.

 

EXCELLENT LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION

The house where the bedrooms are located is:

  • Just one block from Bilbao Station on Line 4 of the Santiago Metro, near the Bilbao and Tobalaba intersection.
  • Four blocks from Tobalaba Station on Line 1 of the Santiago Metro.
  • Two blocks from Jumbo Bilbao supermarket.
  • Almost next door to La Reina Police Station.
  • Close to Costanera Center Shopping Mall and Mercado Urbano Tobalaba (MUT).

 

The property is located in the eastern part of Santiago, one of the city's most affluent residential areas.

I am showing you photographs of the six bedrooms available for rent.

 

Monthly rental prices range from CLP $350,000 (approximately US$350) to CLP $650,000 (approximately US$650).

 

Each room is furnished and has its own private bathroom.

I am also showing you photographs of the house's common areas, which you will share with the other tenants. Only the six tenants renting the rooms have access to these shared facilities.

I can pick you up at Bilbao Station on Metro Line 4, or I can collect you from your hotel in Santiago, Chile.

 

RENTAL AGREEMENT AND PROOF OF OWNERSHIP

We will sign a rental agreement specifying the monthly rental price and the length of your stay in the room you rent.

 

The rental agreement will be signed before a notary public.

 

At the time of signing, I will show both you and the notary a document proving that I am the owner of the entire property, including the house, all six rooms, and the furniture.
